Fast Paced Dishwasher:

DISHWASHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

May assist in collecting used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas Load and unload dishwashing machines Wash specific items by hand (e.g wooden cutting boards, larges pots and delicate china) as directed by Kitchen Management Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately Assist in setup and breakdown of workstations before meal prep begins and after service ends. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, during peak hours especially Maintain cleaning supplies stock (detergents) and place orders when necessary. Check washing machines operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues. Remove garbage regularly Assist in cleaning and sanitation of kitchen area during and after food preparation and service Assist in basic food item preparation, truck unloading, organizing, etc Work in coordination with kitchen management to manage time and duties effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

Work experience as a Dishwasher or in Restaurant is preferred but not required. Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines is preferred Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed Time management skills Attentions to detail and sanitation rules Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings High School Diploma is a plus

Line Cook / Prep Cook

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position is responsible for normal opening and closing duties of a restaurant, maintaining clean and sanitary environment (open kitchen), maintaining standards set by managers. Responsible for station prep, execution, and break down. We are a 3 story operation with different menus, executing food items for all 3 floors. This is a fast paced venue and will keep you on your toes. We hope to hire individuals who come to work as excited to learn and grow, as we are. Experience is preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for 10hr shifts and lift at least 50LBS. Reliable Transportation is Required. Direct report to Executive Sous Chefs.
